Saraswati -
It is true tha ` bullet for bullet` will not solve the crisis. It is also true that `boolet byke, boolet car, boolet trains` will not feed the hungry men. Thousand villages are still in dark, no electricity, no communication. Selfish leaders and corrupted police personnel help each other so that dark country would be helped for dark business for them. Electrical poles and wire are stolen in country side that is well known to local leader and police but they do not try to curb them accordinglysincerely. There is a another game played by the higher chained persons that if country people knows the day to day scenerario in the electrified area through electronic media or newspapers and educated then they may be revolt or ignore their command. Their blind vote may not be capitalised in favour of the candidates. So, dellay in progress of work is cruel technic. This is applied for almost all states.
