Is Gujarat a part of enemy country? asks Modi

Ahmedabad: Hitting out at the Centre and the CBI, Chief Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday said the agency's plea to the Supreme Court to shift the Sohrabuddin case outside Gujarat was an insult to the judicial system of the state.

He also asked the Centre whether it considered Gujarat as a part of "enemy country".

"Do you not consider the state as a part of India," Modi asked.

Accusing Congress of playing vote bank politics on the fake encounter case, Modi lambasted the ruling party at the Centre and also the CBI, which is probing the 2005 killing.

"There is an attempt to pollute the environment of Gujarat. This is an insult of the judicial system of Gujarat..its judges..its lawyers," Modi said at a function here.

"They are trying to malign my name for the last eight years. But now they have started maligning the judicial system of the state.

how is `` choor & shahukar `` we don`t know ,media is working like judge , but we have clear massage & news from media & hon.court , some judge are also under prob. , sex scandel of south`s judisa & unlimited , unidentifide income of a high.cou.jud. the all cases out side of gujarat then how cbi or news media claim that gujart`s judisari system is not approprieat for sohrabuddin case , if so then what crim done the others whoes cases are panding or under trial , they also fills their case also shifted from gujarat , humenrite commition take matter with c.govt. and hon.sup.cour, all the cases transfer from gujarat, because all the people have same right ,why any one is spcial

people of gujarat never forget congress rule of 1975 to 1990, when communal riots are always done by this so called secular peoples. congress will wash out in gujarat. wait till sep / oct.

a murderer is a shame to any village block, district state or country. i am ashamed of murderers in our country specially when they are supposed to protect they turn out to be characterless crooks who want to use the power for violence and conscious less killings if those crooks belong to gujarat the gujaratis head should hang in shame and they have to get rid of the rough.

one can fool some people for some time. one can fool all the people for some time but cannot fool all the people all the time.

basically when the home minister is jail the chief minister should naturally be in jail.

those who supporting modi they should know that shorabuddin killed with his wife and one of his associates. this is not the case of encounter only there is big foul play behind this and all the gujarat system involved. you all gujaratis shut your eyes you cannot see the right or wrong, dont give the others example, giving example doesnt save the wrongdoir one day judgement will comeout.
