Land transfer to Ramdev triggers political row in HP

Shimla: Opposition Congress has accused the ruling BJP of providing over 30 acres of land to yoga guru Ramdev at a "throwaway" price in Solan district and has questioned its motive in doing so.

The state government has given 38 acres of land to Ramdev to open a branch of his health centre 'Patanjali yogapeeth'.

The area has been provided on 99-year lease at Kalhog in Kandaghat tehsil of Solan district, about 55 km from here, at a cost of Rs 16 lakh.

State Congress president and MLA Kaul Singh Thakur in the state Assembly early this week protested the transfer of prime government land to the yoga guru at concessional rate.

Thakur said Ramdev already had a health centre at Haridwar and added that "largesse" to the yoga guru would not help BJP as Ramdev has announced that he would launch his own political party, which will ultimately harm the saffron party.

Health Minister Bindal contested the charge and said the health centre, which would be developed in the area, the first outside Haridwar, would make it a popular destination from health point of view.

Chief Minister Prem Kumar Dhumal also defended the decision and said the government dealt with Ramdev only for sale of herbs and promotion of yoga in the state.

indian muslims are most ungrateful traiters in the whole world. they infact are decendants of those ``haraami hindus`` who from times immemorial drew strength and life from mother india and stabbed her in the back at the first avilable opportunity by converting to islam to avoid attrocities at the hand of the then barbaric muslim invaders. this naked and shameless opportunism of these ``nakli muslims`` / ``haraami hindus`` is still going on. they do indulge in everything that suits them despite being ``haraam`` and anti islamic ranging from lending money on interest, making family videos, consuming alcohol, to not attending daily five prayers. they want to take every benifit meant for a muslim in really secular india yet care least about sactity of basic tenets of islam. they stoop so low that they dont feel ashamed even in going for haj(an opportunity to free air travel) at the annual cost of thousands of crores of rupees contributed by hindu tax payers. it is height of ungratefulness and shamelessness that they dont bat an eye while criticising hindus if they do something to restore their faith and culture that too at their own cost. these paracites should be exposed and nuetralised in the larger interest of the society.

People of India very wise and rising stars on global development but very innocents and some point can say sentimental fools too. From Thakeray family to Baba Ramdev or many more, all of them know well that how to protect there multi crores business empire. One who accuse or abuse politicians but from inside have big wish to join politics to cover up all black white together as white because ultimate power exist with politician as citizen still poor, lack of constitutional knowledge, police under controlled of politicians, religion is every thing and so called religious Gru, Baba, Molvee, leaders, or protector are being treated as god so who will dare fingering to god. Doing good work like hospital or schools etc is very appreciated and worthy but giving state or land or property to wealthy on cheap cost is called corruption.
