Muzaffarnagar: A man, claiming to be a
Godman, has been arrested for allegedly sodomising a
seven-year old boy at Ratanpuri village here, police said
on Monday.
Ramesh Chand, a 'sadhu' was arrested yesterday after the
victim informed his parents about the act. The parents rushed
the child to the nearby hospital and lodged a complaint with
the police.
Chand was thrashed by the locals before being handed over
to the police. A case has been registered against him, police
said.
