MNS ready to support Cong-NCP or Sena-BJP after polls

Mumbai: Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) chief Raj Thackeray on Friday said he would support a winning party or alliance after Maharashtra assembly polls be it Congress-NCP or Shiv Sena-BJP.

"MNS would support either alliance on my terms and conditions but would not participate in the government," Raj told reporters here.

Asked if he would be supporting Congress-NCP or Shiv Sena-BJP alliance, he said "all parties are the same... it may be either Congress-NCP or Sena-BJP."

Raj rubbished cousin Uddhav Thackeray's insinuations that MNS is dividing Marathi votes. "These allegations are ridiculous. The Sena lost in 2004 when the MNS did not exist. How can one say that my party divided votes?" he said.

Raj criticised the poll promise of Republican Democratic Left Front to regularise slums till 2009 and said it is just a ploy to attract voters.

"In fact, a strong message should go there (UP and Bihar) that they (people from those two states) just cannot come here and occupy space illegally," he said, adding laws should be implemented strictly against encroachments.

not much to cooment on MNS move, now they are ready to join ANY party, well they must be really needing money. Raj must have forgotten that all these parties are supportors of BIHAR and UP as well, Now, where is his MNS platform against North Indian`s. This writing was seen from day one, it was only to gain name and then bargain in elections, and as he says all parties are same, we will say all politicians are same raju bhai
