Kohima: After holding talks with Central leaders, NSCN-IM 'general secretary' Th Muivah on Thursday arrived at Dimapur to hold consultations with various groups on the peace process and finding an honourable settlement to the decades-old Naga political conflict.

After his arrival at the airport in Nagaland's financial capital, he told newsmen that "both the Central government and NSCN-IM were committed towards finding a negotiated settlement of the vexed problem".

Muivah arrived in New Delhi on February 27 from Amsterdam and held series of meetings with Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, Union Home Minister P Chidambaram and Centre's new interlocutor R S Pandey.

He said in Nagaland, he would also hold consultations on various issues with Naga tribal councils, civil society organisations, NGOs, church leaders during his stay at Camp Hebron -- NSCN-IM's headquarters about 35 km south of Dimapur.
