Patna: The Patna High Court on Monday granted
regular bail to controversial RJD MP Mohammed Shahabuddin in a
murder case.
Justice S K Sharma granted the bail sought in connection
with the killing of a person named Mrityunjay at Siwan in June
2005.
Shahabuddin will, however, remain in Siwan jail as he had
been convicted earlier in another case.
