Panaji: A suspended police inspector in
Goa was Thursday arrested for his alleged nexus with an Israeli
drug peddler.
Deputy Inspector General of Police Ravindra Yadav
said Inspector Ashish Shirodkar has been arrested.
Shirodkar was earlier heading the Anti-Narcotics
Cell, tasked with curbing increasing drug menace in the
tourist state.
