Patna: AICC General Secretary Rahul Gandhi
would arrive here on February one on a two-day visit to Bihar.
Gandhi would begin his Bihar visit from West Champaran
district where he would hold talks with the party members and
candidates for inter-party elections, General Secretary of the
Youth Congress, Nadeem Jawed told reporters here today.
Gandhi would go to Darbhanga to participate in a
non-political function at Lalit Narayan Mitihila University
and meet the students the same day.
He would then go to Gaya to address a meeting organised
by scheduled caste cell and also meet prospective candidates
contesting for party posts, Jawed said.
After returning to Patna he would address an extended
meeting of the BPCC at the party headquarters.
Gandhi would also go to Karakat in Rohtas district where
he would address a state level function organised by the
extremely backward cell of the party.
He would also visit Bhagalpur and Kishanganj.
