Dehradun: Security arrangements have been
stepped up around the prestigious Doon School situated here
and Mussoorie's Woodstock School in view of threat perception
to them, police said.
The security around these schools have been stepped up
after a directive to the local police from Union Home Ministry
in this regard, Senior Superintendent of Police Abhinav Kumar
said.
Armed police personnel have been deployed in plain
clothes around these schools to keep a close watch on the
people visiting the area, he said.
