Ahmedabad: Three more persons, one of
them a one-year-old girl, succumbed to swine flu in Gujarat,
taking the toll to 273, while five new H1N1 cases were
reported on Tuesday.
According to Health Department officials, Navghan Vadi
(30) and Abdul Sameda (25) died at Civil Hospital here today,
while the girl, Anju Nagjibhai, succumbed to the infection at
Civil Hospital in Amreli.
The girl died yesterday but it was reported today,
they said.
Meanwhile, new cases were reported from Rajkot,
Vadodara and Amreli.
So far, 1,416 people have tested positive for the
viral disease in the state.
