hum logon ne pehle bhi bahut bari comlaint ki hai ki route no. 910 ki service ko behtar banaya jai par abhi tak koi action nahi hua hai. aage aage gramin sewa wale sawari ko khinch kar le jate hain par DTC ko koi parwah nahi hai, tabhi ghate main chal rahi hai. sari sari buses RED kar di gayi hai yeh kehte hue ki paschim vihar aur sayed gaon men to sab aamir log rehte hain.kripa karke aur routes badayen taki bude logon ko pareshani ka samna na karna pade aur budhal buses ko sudhara jaye. buses main itni bhid ho jati hai ki aaye din jeb tarashi ki vardat hoti rehti hai.AN IMMEDIATE ACTION IN THIS REGARDS SHALL BE APPRECIATED.

Dear sir, main roz morning main Ashram se Dariya ganj ke liye DTC ki bus leta hun. Jismen ticket Condector 10 ka ticket 8.2 km. ke hisab se deta hai. lekin 24-05-12 ki monning ko dariya ganj pa Ticket cheker ke puchne par Tic-Condctor ne usi ticket ko kewal ashram se delhi gate tak ka bataya. Jispar TC aur uske sathiyun ne muji fine dene ko kaha. mere kehne par bhi we nahi manie ki ticket billkul distance ke according hai. 8.2 Km. ka. we battmeez ke sath sath ladne ko to teyar the. pahle we kuch kam pese main razi ho gaye (rs.100) without chalan par main 200 dekar challan liya. i Want to know kya Yun DTC Contector aur DTC ke Ticket chekeron ki mili bhagat se janta ko lota jana jazaz hai. kya 2 stand age ki ticket ko 2 stand piche ka bataker kamana zayaz hai. plz koi kam uthayen

Today around at 9.40am i tried to travel by bus no.DL-1P C 1037, but when i keep my right leg inside the door suddenly get closed and my other leg remain out side, i cried please let me go out or inside but nothing effected to conducter and driver upto next stand. please look in to the matter.

the route no 73 bus service is very less in the morning/ office hours specially red one is only one, we have to wait for half an hour every day, besides this the route no. 753 and 721 bus serivce is every two minutes or to much frequently service. kindly increase the route no. 73 bus serivce and ac buses during office hours. and cut the unncessary bus route no. 753 and 721 thank u

Sir, Aaj subha karib 10:00 baje ki baat hai me DTC ki bus me Shastri Park Stand se chada tha or mene vaha se 10/-Rs. Gajiput tak ki ticket li thi lekin aapke conducter meri ticket ISBT se kaat di jabki me shastri park se chada tha or mujhe hasanpur village per aapke ticket checkero ne pakad kr mera challan kaat diya jisme ki meri koi galti nahi thi mene ticket bhi puri li thi or uss bus ka Route No.211 hai or Bus No.2908 hai please jitna jaldi ho sake iss bus conductor ke upper action li ya jaye.

Sir, For your kind information I was going to ANAND VIHAR railway station by route no- 534 bus which was going from I.G.I.AIRPORT NEW DELHI to ANAND VIHAR bus terminal bus registration no was DL-1P C9340.I was boarded at kishangarh and bought three tickets for myself and my family ,i gave him 100 rupees but the conductor told me since change is not available at this time i will retuun the balance amount 25 rupees later and write rupees 25 on back side of ticket the ticket no is 46616 dated 20.05 2012. After some time there was some technical problem in such bus then between saket and vocational training college stoppage the conductor told that bus wiil not going to anand vihar then all passenger deboarded from that board and boarded on other buses since my family with me and we were deboarded at last time and ask for bailace Rs 25 from the counductor but the conductor was angry on me why your are deboarded at last and not agree to return the bailance amount again I told why you are not returning bailance amount Rs 25 then he start abusing me .Since I was going with family to anand vihar railway station to see off there for i left left the balance amount ant boarded on next bus for anand vihar

Dear Madam/ Sir, Sub: Complaint regarding Conductor of bus: DL1PC C3070, Route number to Noida33 (Bhajanpura) I would like to file a complaint regarding Bus No: DL1PC C3070, Route number 33 ( Bhajanpura to Noida ) conductor. Between 11.30am- 12.00pm when the passengers asked him for the bus pass of 50 Rs. He denied to give the passes by given the excuses of not having the passes, as one passenger asked him to given the complaint book he and his six accompany( DTC staff)start shouting, abusing and augmenting with the passenger, then the accompanies of the conductor throw the passenger out of the bus in Seemapuri-bus-stop for beating the passenger when the other passenger again asked them to given complaint book for write the complaint then he again refuse to give the complaint book and start shouting and abusing to the passengers “do what you can do I am not given the book, no one have the power to do anything of my ”. So, please take care of this issue of the safety and security of the passenger during their journey in DTC buses, As the bus staffs pay for given good services and maintaining the securities issues in buses, if staff of DTC have this kind of attitude for the passenger then who will responsible for securities of women, children and other passengers travelling in the buses.
