Ludhiana: The city received its first case
of swine flu on Friday with a 43-year-old Japanese testing
positive for the pandemic.
The report confirming that the Japanese national had
contracted the virus was received from the National Institute
of Communicable Disease, official sources said here this
evening.
Mura Kawa, who was here to attend an industrial
conference along with two other Japanese delegates and one
from Bangkok, is admitted at the CMC hospital here.
