Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh police are verifying
information provided by suspected LeT operative Mohammad Aslam, arrested in Delhi on August 25, on his local contacts.
"There are inputs about a few persons known by Aslam
here and we are verifying the details provided by him ", ADG
law and order, A K Jain told newspersons here.
Refusing to divulge the details of the people named by
Aslam, Jain said it would be unwise to mention them without
verification.
Aslam was interrogated by UP ATS yesterday.
