Muzaffarnagar: Miscreants gunned down
three truckers and looted the steel carried by the vehicle on
the Pauri-Delhi national highway in the district, police said
on Wednesday.
Truck-driver Islam (35) and helpers Jay (30) and Bobi
(14) were gunned down last night by miscreants near Kethora
village under Miranpur police station, they said.
The miscreants also looted the truck and decamped with
the steel it was carrying from Muzaffarnagar to nearby JP
Nagar.
Police have rushed to the spot and started a search
operation, they said, adding that another looted truck has
been found in Muradnagar near Ghaziabad.
