Bhopal: Around 20 percent polling was
recorded till 1200 hours in the Tendukheda Assembly
constituency in Madhya Pradesh where bypolls are being held
on Thursday.
Because of heavy rains, polling parties were unable to
reach 43 polling stations of the constituency and a decision
on what has to be done there is pending with the Election
Commission.
In Gohad, the polling percentage was 30.
In this constituency, a vehicle belonging to former
BJP MLA Narendra Singh Kushwaha was seized.
The Opposition Congress in the state had won from both
these constituencies during the Assembly elections held in
November, 2008.
