Kolkata: Three suspected LeT and Huji
militants were arrested on Thursday from Dharmatolla area of this
eastern metropolis, police said.
Special Additional Commissioner of Police Rajib Kumar
said the three persons, arrested by Special Task Force on a
tip-off, carried fake currency notes with them.
"We are interrogating them and the details will be known
after the interrogation is over," Kumar said.
STF sources said the three were working as links for the
Huji and the LeT. They carried fake currency of Rs 40,000.
They have been taken for interrogation to Lalbazar,
headquarters of the city police, the police said.
