Bihar: Four pilgrims from TN killed in accident

Four pilgrims were killed early on Saturday when the mini-bus they were travelling in rammed into a stationary truck near Kusaila village in Bhabua district in Bihar.

Bhabua: Four pilgrims were killed and as many critically injured early today when the mini-bus they were travelling in rammed into a stationary truck near Kusaila village in Bhabua district in Bihar.

The pilgrims were on the way to Bodh Gaya from Tamil Nadu via Varanasi when the accident took place, sources said.

The deceased were identified as Gopinath Nair, PK Nayak, Subhashini and NC Ramchandra, sources said.

While one person died on the spot, three others succumbed to their injuries on the way to hospital, police said.

The four injured have been referred to a hospital in Varanasi, they said.
