German boy admitted to medical college hospital

An 18-year-old boy from Germany, who came here under a Cultural Youth Exchange Programme, was admitted to a hospital with suspected symptoms of H1N1 (swine flu).

Salem (Tamil Nadu): An 18-year-old boy from Germany, who came here under a Cultural Youth Exchange Programme, was admitted to a hospital with suspected symptoms of H1N1 (swine flu).
Martin Cenoritch was admitted to Mohan Kumaramangalam Government Medical College Hospital yesterday with suspected symptoms of H1N1 flu, Dr Valli Nayagam, Dean of the hospital said today.
He was referred to the Medical College Hospital from a private hospital, where he underwent treatment for a few days, he said.
The boy`s condition is stable, the Dean said.
