Chennai: A team from Iceland National Parliament headed by its President Asta Ragnheidur Johannesdottir, called on Tamil Nadu Assembly speaker P Dhanapal at the Secretariat Saturday.
Johannesdottir leading a four member team had several discussions with the Speaker during his brief interaction, an official release said.
Later, the team visited the ongoing exhibition of the Secretariat, which was inaugurated by Chief Minister Jayalalithaa yesterday, coinciding with its Diamond Jubilee celebrations.
