Chennai: DMK Chief M Karunanidhi on Saturday congratulated former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Rosaiah, on his appointment as Governor of Tamil Nadu.
"My heartiest congratulations to you on your appointment as a Governor of Tamil Nadu, your varied and wide experience in administration will enable you to discharge your constitutional duties and responsibilities impartially," he said, in a telegram to the veteran leader and conveyed his best wishes.
Karunanidhi also greeted M O H Farook, who has been appointed Governor of Kerala, saying he was happy that Farook was coming "to our neighbouring state."
