Coimbatore: Due to lineblock between Peelamedu
and Irugur railway stations, Coimbatore-Chennai Central Kovai
Express would run via Podanur and Irugur, instead of via
Coimbatore North, for three days from Tuessday.
Lineblock was in force from 1.30 PM to 4 Pm between
Peelamedu and Irugur, due to work of dismantling of some beams
of old Road overbridge at Hope college between these stations.
Consequently, Train No.2676 Coimbatore?Chennai Central
Kovai Express leaving Coimbatore on June 8, 9 and 10 at 14.20
hrs, will run via Podanur and Irugur instead of Coimbatore
North, a railway release said today.
