Salem: A lorry driver, and two minor children died in three separate incidents in the district, police said.
In the first, a lorry driver died at a hotel at Attur last night after suffering a heart attack.He had parked it near the roadside and was having dinner when he suddenly collapsed and
passed away.
At Maniyakarnaoor, a seven year old boy drowned in a well. He along with family members had washed the tractor in connection with Ayudha pooja after which he was found missing.
His body was later found in a well.
In the third incident, a four year old girl slipped into a well and drowned at Devendrapuram while she was playing with a little goat.
