Chennai: Vigilance officials today conducted searches at the residences of some officials of the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission in connection with alleged irregularities in conducting exams to various posts.
The raids by officials of the Directorate of Vigilance and Anti-Corruption (DVAC) were on in 14 places here, including at the residence of TNPSC Joint Secretary Michael Gerald, DVAC sources said.
Last month, DVAC conducted searches at the premises of TNPSC Chairman and its members in Chennai and Tiruchirappalli in connection with alleged irregularities in appointments.
