Madurai: Meenakshi Mission Hospital and
Research Centre (MMHRC) here has received the certification
from National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration
Laboratories (NABL) for its 24-hour clinical laboratory
services.
After an inspection by its team last year, the NABL gave
its certificate of accreditation for a period of two years
valid till November 2013, according to a relase on Friday.
Being the largest tertiary care hospital in private sector
in southern Tamil Nadu, our hospital has always been focusing
on quality medical treatment for patients at affordable cost.
"Laboratory results are the basis for any diagnosis and
treatment by doctors. Getting the certification from a
national body is a great feat, said hospital Vice-Chairman
S.Gursankar.
