Ramzan was celebrated by Muslims across Tamil Nadu on Monday with the usual fervour with scores of devout thronging various mosques in the state.

Chennai: Ramzan was celebrated by Muslims across Tamil Nadu on Monday with the usual fervour with scores of devout thronging various mosques in the state.
Prayers were held at the popular mosques at Thousand Lights and Triplicane in Chennai besides various others in the state.
Governor K Rosaiah, Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa and DMK president M Karunanidhi among scores of other leaders had extended their greetings.
