I guess we cannot blame a leader for hiding the truth (its different from lying). Its a way of getting the support of the people for an overall good of the society. It is something similar to how you cannot tell your 2 year old child everything and expect him/her to respect you for that. Its more important to be ethical in terms of the results produced from your leadership.

Steve Jobs changed the entire world with his visionary outset and revamping of wireless media and communications. I think it`s a shame we`re nitpicking the details of his life so soon after his passing. He’ll be a name which rings out through history for evolving the way we live, share and communicate. I was compelled to create a portrait of him, now In Memoriam on my artist’s blog at http://dregstudiosart.blogspot.com/2011/08/end-of-era-steve-jobs.html
