Chandigarh: Maninder Dhillon, president of the Chandigarh Territorial Youth Congress (CTYC), died in a road accident on Friday.
As per reports, the accident occurred near to Paonta Sahib in Himachal Pradesh, around 50 kilometers from Uttarakhand's capital Dehradun.
A real consultant by profession, Dhillon was elected as Chandigarh Youth Congress president in 2012.
