Agra: A day after a missing 13-year-old beggar girl's body was found in a drain, an autopsy has revealed that she was gangraped, subjected to unnatural sex and killed, police said here on Sunday.
An autorickshaw driver found the body floating in an open drain near Kidwai Park on Saturday evening.
The girl's mother, who identified the body, said her youngest daughter went missing last week from the St John's College crossing where she used to beg.
On February 7, her mother had lodged a complaint at the Hari Parbat police station when the girl did not return home the previous evening. The woman told police that since her husband was critically ill for the past two years, they had no choice but to beg. Two of her daughters are married.
A complaint has been filed against unidentified people.
