Varanasi: Seven watch towers will be
installed in the premises of Kashi Vishwanath temple here as
part of a stringent security arrangement around the 18th
century structure, officials said.
The decision was taken after a meeting between UP Police
commissioner (Security) K L Meena and security committee of
the temple, they said.
Besides installation of the seven watch towers in the
temple premises, another will be set up over the control room,
DIG Lalji Sukla said.
