Varanasi: Expressing concern over around
2,000 RTI applications pending with various government
departments here, Uttar Pradesh Chief Information Commissioner
has set a deadline of November 30 to dispose of all the cases.

the pending RTI requests by November 30, failing which strict
action would be taken against them, officials said.
