Ghaziabad: Sensing foul-play, a CBI court
here on Saturday asked doctors, who performed the post-mortem of
85-year-old undertrial, to present before the court all the
relevant documents related to his ailment.

Hussain Ahmad, arrested by the CBI on April 28 from
Moradabad in a cheating case, died on May 6 in a hospital
here.

Special Judge CBI Priti Singh directed the attending
doctor of jail and another doctor who conducted post-mortem to
be present in the court on May 25, with evidences which they
have with them to justify the death of octogenarian
undertrial.

Jail authorities informed the court that the under-trial
was sent to jail about one week before his death and was
arrested by CBI from Moradabad in an fraud case.

Jail authorities also said to the court that the
information of his death was sent to his given address in
Moradabad but it was found to be fake.
