Court to hear bail plea of Ajit Saini on June 14
The bail plea of Ajit Saini, who had resurfaced after being reportedly killed by his girlfriend`s brother, would be heard by a sessions court here on June 14.

The district Sessions Judge, Anant Kumar, yesterday asked Saini to be present in court on June 14 for the hearing of his bail plea.
Ajit was arrested on charges of abducting 19-year-old Anshu Tomar following complaints by her family, after the duo had eloped and got married.
The Anshu Tomar "honour killing" case had grabbed headlines when Anshu`s brother Anuj had "confessed" to killing her lover Ajit, who belongs to a lower caste. It was also then alleged that the girl from Jat community had been murdered.
But to the surprise of everybody, the couple resurfaced in a police station here and Saini was arrested on charges of abduction. But later the couple claimed in court that they
Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Jyotsna Singh yesterday allowed the girl to go back to Saini, who is expected to be released from jail on bail.
The court further stated that Anshu would remain in the women`s protective home till the release of her husband from jail.
