New Delhi: The Supreme Court, Friday, adjourned the hearing on a plea seeking fresh CBI investigation against BSP supremo Mayawati in the alleged DA case against her.
The apex court adjourned the case till April 14 after the petitioner sought more time for file rejoinder.
The petitioner wants registration of FIR against Mayawati on the basis of material available in Taj corridor scam probe.
During an earlier hearing in the case, Maywati had told the court that the Akhilesh Yadav government could use the matter to "victimise her and take political vengeance".
