Lucknow: In a bid to promote education and provide better avenues to minorities in Uttar Pradesh, the Akhilesh Yadav government has decided to establish educational hubs in all the districts of the state.
"In a bid to provide education to minorities, education hubs will be constituted in all the districts of the state. These hubs will provide education from class I to XII. The scheme has been named Educational Participation and Development Scheme for Minorities," an official of Minority department said here.
As per the scheme, two hubs -- for girls and boys separately -- will be made in all the districts that will provide education till class XII to the minority population, he said.
These hubs will also provide skill development training and vocational courses to empower students to get jobs in the market.
