Sitapur: An FIR was on Monday registered
against Samajwadi MLA Radhey Shyam Jaiswal for allegedly
firing at a local at Khairabad police station.
Jaiswal, an MLA for Sadar seat, has been accused in
the FIR by Ashfaq Ansari of taking his money and firing at
him.
Ansari claimed that the MLA took money from him and
Jaiswal fired at him yesterday when he went to ask for the
same.
Police has started to probe the matter.
The MLA, meanwhile, termed the allegations as a
political conspiracy against him.
