Lucknow: In a fresh reshuffle, the Uttar
Pradesh government on Saturday transferred five IAS officials,
including a divisional commissioner, an official spokesman
said here.
Ajay Chauhan, district magistrate Shahjahanpur, where
19 ITBP aspirants died after falling from a moving train on
Tuesday last, has been shifted to Agra in the same capacity.
He will be replaced by special secretary medical
education department Navdeep Rinwa.
Divisional Commissioner Basti Anil Kumar II has been
shifted to Revenue Board Allahabad as member judicial. Rakesh
Kumar Goel, secretary and chief staff officer to the chief
secretary, has been posted as divisional commissioner Basti.
Sanjeev Kumar Mittal, who was wait listed, has been
posted as divisional commissioner Mirzapur.
