IAS, IPS officers transferred in poll bound UP

In the second administrative reshuffle within a fortnight, the Mayawati government Thursdday transferred four IAS and five IPS officers, including Additional Director General of Police Meerut zone.

Lucknow: In the second administrative reshuffle within a fortnight, the Mayawati government Thursdday transferred four IAS and five IPS officers, including Additional Director General of Police Meerut zone.

The IAS transferred today includes DM Moradabad Raj Shekhar, who has been made managing director Madhyanchal Vidyut Vitaran Nigam. He will be replaced by DM Lakhimpur Kheri Samir Verma.
DM Auraiya Yashod Hrishikesh Bhaskar has been
transferred to Lakhimpur in the same capacity. Chief
Development Officer Allahabad Naveen Kumar J S would be the
new DM of Auriya.

ADG Meerut zone Rajni Kant Mishra has been given the
charge of ADG security.

IG PAC headquarters Rajiv Krishna has replaced him, Rajiv Malhotra UP police spokesman said.
DIG ATS Allahabad Rajiv Sabbarwal has been given
additional charge of DIG Moradabad till further orders, he
said.

SP Gonda D C Mishra has been shifted to 35 PAC as
commandant and SP Siddharth Nagar J Ravindra Gaur has been
posted in his place.

Commandant 4 PAC Mohit Gupta has been posted as SP Siddharth Nagar.

A fortnight ago, 30 IAS and 14 IPS officers, including
the district magistrate of Gautam Buddha Nagar (Noida), were
transferred in two lots in the state where Assembly election
are due early next year.
