Mirzapur: One person was arrested for
allegedly sacrificing a minor girl by strangulating her to death here, police said Wednesday.
A 10-year-old Dalit girl was strangulated in Matva Pokhri
area here by Rajesh Vishwakarma (30) yesterday after he was told by a tantrik his wife would be blessed with an infant if he sacrificed another child, they said.
Rajesh was later arrested by police.
