"Mentally disturbed" youth enters airport, detained

Varanasi: A "mentally disturbed" youth
created a flutter at the Babatpur airport here as he made his
entry into its premises by jumping over its walls and made
for the runway bringing the CISF personnel on their toes.

"A youth climbed the perimeter boundary wall of the
airport from Varanasi-Lucknow highway end and jumped in last
evening. He made for the runway but the CISF personnel caught
him before he could reach there," Director of the airport AK
Siddh said.

During interrogation the youth behaved strangely like
a mentally disturbed person, CISF Assistant Commandant
Gyanendra Sharma said.

Identified as Nilesh of Mirzapur district, the youth has
been handed over to Phoolpur police for further investigation.
