Minor girl gangraped in Barabanki

Barabanki: A minor girl was allegedly
gangraped by four persons, who also filmed it on their mobile
phones, police said here on Friday.
The girl, a student of Class-IX was allegedly abducted
by four persons on Dec 22 from Chhaya cinema call here and
raped in a farm in Jahagirabad police circle, Superintendent
of Police Navneet Kumar Rana told reporters.

He said the four accused also filmed the act on their
mobile phones and threatened to upload the video on Internet
if she registered a complaint with the police.

Later, when family members of the girl came to know
about the incident, they filed a complaint with police
after which all the four accused were arrested today, Rana
said.
Police have also recovered the mobile phones from
them.
