Deoria: A five-year-old girl was allegedly raped by a teenage boy in Lar area here, police said on Thursday.
The incident took place yesterday when the girl was playing outside her home and the 14-year-old accused took her to nearby orchard and raped her, Superintendent of Police (SP), Manoj Kumar said.
An FIR has been registered in this regard and police is trying to arrest the accused, he said.
The girl has been admitted to the hospital.
