Ambedkar Nagar: A recent firing between two rival groups in Akbarpur town resulted in killing of one person, while his brother was injured, police said on Saturday.
The decease were identified as Peer Mohammad (38), who was killed on the spot, while his brother Mohammad Hanif (40) got injured in the firing that broke out yesterday in Abdullahapur area of the town, police officials said.
A manhunt has been launched by the police to nab both the accused, who were identified as Muzamil and Ghulam Khan.
