One person shot dead in Kaushambi

Kaushambi: Unidentified assailants
allegedly shot dead a manager of a city-based college and
critically injured his brother in Paschim Sharira area here,
police said today.

Amar Singh (65), manager of Kaushambi Inter College
and his brother Radhey Shyam were attacked by three motorcycle
-borne youths, they said, adding Singh died on the spot.
The condition of Shyam is stated to be critical.

Investigation into the matter is on, police added.
