Ghaziabad: The unidentified body of a young
woman was found in a drain in Amar Colony here and her post
mortem has revealed that she was poisoned to death, police
said.
The woman, aged around 27 years, was found dead in a
drain on July 5. Prima facie it appeared that she was murdered
elsewhere and then dumped in the drain, Superintendent of
Police J K Shahi said.

The SP said the deceased has not been identified yet but
there was a tattoo on her arm which read 'asha-brijender' and
it will lead the police to ascertain her identity.
The woman's body was cremated by the police.
