Ghaziabad: Three teachers of a primary school at Sikarpur block in Bulandshahar district, 50 kms from here, were on Saturday suspended after they were allegedly caught drinking alcohol during duty hours.
Bulandshahar district education officer Ramesh Chand made a surprise inspection of the school yesterday and found the three teachers consuming liquor in classroom, officials said here.
Today, Chand sought explanation from them for their conduct and directed them not to enter the school premises without his permission, officials added.
