Rahul to address `kisan rally` at Bhatta-Parsaul

Greater Noida: With the Assembly elections
in Uttar Pradesh months away, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi
will address a `kisan rally` on July 9 in Bhatta Parsaul, the
scene of recent farmers` agitation against land acquisition.

UP Congress chief Rita Bahuguna Joshi today visited
Bhatta-Parsaul villages here and talked to local leaders about
preparation of the rally.

Later talking to reporters, Joshi said around two lakh
farmers are expected to participate in the rally.
