Mathura: Two persons allegedly involved in the killing of a Rajasthan constable were arrested here on Thursday while trying to make an escape to Delhi, police said.
A constable was shot dead and an Assistant Sub Inspector injured on December 13 by a group of persons while they were visiting a village in Dholpur district of Rajasthan regarding a criminal case.
The constable Rajendra Singh was shot dead, whereas ASI Suresh Kumar was attacked with sharp edged weapons and wooden sticks.
Two of the accused -- a truck driver and his help -- were arrested while on way to Delhi even as police continue to track the main accused.
The truck driver has been identified as Ramket.
