Muzaffarnagar: A rape victim and her husband were seriously injured when an accused along with his four associates attacked them in a court compound here, police said on Friday.
The incident happened yesterday evening when the rape victim had come to the court along with her husband to give her statement in a case of abduction and rape, they said.
A case has been registered against Sunit and four others, police said, adding that one of them has been arrested in this connection.
26-year-old woman was allegedly abducted and raped by Sunit a year ago.
