Agra: Owner of a shopping complex and a
security guard were killed by robbers after which they broke open the shutter of a jewellery shop and decamped with cash and valuables worth thousands here, police said Tuesday.
Ramzani (50), Owner of Abbas market in Suraksha Vihar Colony of Rohta town, 25 kms from here, was throttled to death last night when he was sleeping on the first floor of the complex, they said.
Security guard, Kailash Singhal (55) was also murdered after which the robbers broke open the shutters of a
jewellery shop on the second floor and decamped with cash and
valuables worth Rs sixty thousand, they said.
Investigation is on and efforts are on to nab the
robbers, police said.
